Owner, LLE HomesWith more than 30 years in the construction industry, Dave Leemon has built a career on craftsmanship, integrity, and connection. A proud Knoxville resident for over two decades, he’s known for creating custom homes and remodels that combine quality, detail, and care in every build.
Dave began his career owning and managing his own framing crew, gaining hands-on experience that shaped his deep understanding of what makes a home truly last. Over the years, he’s led projects ranging from $500K builds to multimillion-dollar estates, but what he values most are the lasting relationships built along the way.
Kay Leemon
Realtor & Co-FounderWith a background in design and a passion for helping others find home, Kay Leemon brings a unique perspective to both real estate and construction.
